I’m Sue, and I combine years of fitness training with personal experience and passion to help women like you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident, both in body and mind. My mission is simple: to empower, educate, and support you on your journey to better health and self-care.
Why Pilates?
We’ve all heard of Pilates, but do you really know what it can do for you?
Unlike many traditional workouts, Pilates has its roots in rehabilitation. It’s about working from the inside out, stabilising joints, restoring balance, and improving how your body moves and feels every day. It enhances body awareness, reduces pain, and helps correct imbalances gently but effectively.
What I Offer
I run small, welcoming sessions at local community venues, designed specifically for women aged 50 and over. These are more than just exercise classes, they’re spaces to move, connect, laugh, learn, and grow. Every session is tailored, ensuring you receive the attention and support you need to move with ease and confidence.
