  • Absolutely! My classes are designed for all fitness levels, including complete beginners. I always offer modifications so you can move at your own pace and build confidence over time.

  • Just wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely — leggings, joggers, a t- shirt or vest top, and trainers are perfect.
    Bring:

    • A water bottle

    • A mat

    • A set of 1kg hand weights (if the class requires it — I’ll let you know in advance)

    • A small towel if you like

  • Friendly, supportive, and absolutely judgement-free. Whether you come with friends or on your own, you'll be warmly welcomed. Most people feel nervous on their first day — you won’t be alone, and I’ll be there to guide you every step.

  • Everyone is different, but with regular attendance, many people feel more energetic, stronger, and more confident within just a few weeks. My classes support progress over perfection, focusing on feeling good in your body.

  • There’s a lovely mix of women of all ages — from 40s to 80s. Some are new to fitness, others are getting back into it. What unites everyone is a shared goal of moving more and feeling better.

  • Yes, all my classes are women-only spaces, designed to feel safe, welcoming, and empowering for every woman who walks through the door.

  • Yes! All my venues have free parking, are easy to find, and are accessible. You’ll find venue details here including Google Maps links and What3Words for precise locations.

  • In most cases, yes — but please get in touch first so we can chat about what’s best for you. I can usually offer gentle modifications or guidance to help you move safely and confidently.

  • You can pay as you go or book a block at a discount — it’s up to you. Check out the Membership page for more information.

  • That’s totally normal! Many women feel nervous at first. But after your first session, it’s likely you’ll feel more relaxed and proud of yourself. I'm here to support you — just show up, and we'll take it from there.
