Pilates Cardio Strength

This energising class blends low-impact cardio with continuous, full-body movement for a dynamic strength-building workout. Using body weight and small hand weights, you’ll move through flowing exercises designed to build endurance, improve coordination, and strengthen from head to toe, while keeping joint impact to a minimum. A great option for boosting energy and enhancing overall fitness in a supportive, approachable way.

Group Centergy®

Grow longer and stronger with Group Centergy®, an invigorating mind-body workout that blends yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training.
